INVITATION FOR TENDERS
- The St. Paul’s old Students Association intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation to cover eligible payments under the contract for the Renovation of 4 Dormitories in the Ketu South Municipality.
- Tender is open to all Tenderers from eligible source countries as defined in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
The St. Paul’s old Students Association invites sealed tenders from eligible tenderers for the execution of the under listed Projects.

- Tender documents (and additional copies) be inspected and purchased at the address stated above during normal working hours at the office of the President, St. Paul’s old Students Association (SPOSA) at Dzorwulu Omnibank Head Office Opposite Allied Oil, Dzorwulu for a non-refundable fee of Two Hundred Ghana Cedis (GHC 200.00)
- Interested eligible Tenderers and Proponents shall be required to produce (1) Valid Works and Housing Certificate, D3K3 and above (2) Business Registration Certificate (3) Valid Public Procurement Authority’s Registration Certificate. Further information may be obtained from the
St. Paul’s old Students Association (SPOSA) at Dzorwulu Omnibank Head Office opposite Allied Oil, Dzorwulu.
- Tender shall be valid for a period of 60 days after tender opening and must be accompanied by relevant tender securities from a recognized Bank in the form of Bank Draft, Certified Cheque, Bank Guarantee or Bid Bonds from insurance firms currently in good standing with the National Insurance Commission at the relevant amount stated above, or their equivalent in a convertible Currency, and shall be delivered to the address specified below on or before
Monday 23rd September, 2019 at 11:00am, at which time they will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers who wish to attend at the office of the consultant for SPOSA, Puma Energy Service Station, Close to Top Herbal Clinic, Agbogba-Accra, (Contact No. 0244916821/0266000201)
